Old connector

Hello, just bought a Cavagnolo with a funny connector that must be around my age.. (50) ...anybody who knows the name of the thing that screws on here?I would like to have one because its not the first time I encounter these...and I want to hear what this sounds like before I throw that away ?

It’s a center contact microphone connector. Look up some of the keywords to find a viable adapter cable:
Microphone Guitar Cable Amphenol 75-MC1F Switchcraft 2051F to 1/4" M 20

Thanks a lot Ben-Jammin, the thing is 16mm so maybe M16?

It looks like the 20 is about the lenght, 20 ft. Look here : https://wiki.robotz.com/index.php?title=Switchcraft_2501F
It says 5/8 (inch) which is 16mm.

Thanks Ben! I've come across a few of these over the years and wondered about if there is an available connector. Cool vintage look. There's one on this Enrico Foselli but I haven't opened it to see if the actual microphone is still attached.
