You can tell from the register switches. BTW I don’t think that’s live at all. It looks very much (to me) like they are syncing to a previously recorded track. Many videos are done that way.

... or the music is not properly synced to the video. "Faked" videos often show people playing acoustic instruments in open locations with perfect sound and no recording device in sight... dead give-away.

what you hear is the work of an excellent producer
who took their separate tracks of not-ideal conditions and made it beautiful
if the vocal was done then and there remains questionable however
