Hi all, after living in France for nearly 20 years I have finally taken up the accordion! And naturally I have found this site which I is immensly useful. I am looking forward to hopefully pushing through the "beginner" stage!

Great choice Snow, the accordion is a wonderful instrument and the French tradition is a favourite of mine - especially on the continental chromatic accordion. There are so many amazing players to be inspired by.

One of the best ways to learn (apart from practising) is listening to all the accordionists you can find! For me the all-time no1. is the Frenchman Richard Galliano.
