I m am asking for advice on what is a better mic for accordion. Shure sm 57 or sure Shure PGA98H-XLR

for practicality they are two different things and thus their pickup will differ and it will be dependant on the situation (live use, studio..?) what is best

Plus the PGA requires phantom power whereas the 57 does not, which may be a factor.

The most accurate mic I have found for accordion is the Sennheiser MD441. These were first introduced in the late 1960s and they are still in production. They are however very expensive, around $900 new. It is a dynamic mic.
I personally use a Beyerdynamic M69TG for performing live.
Between the 57 and the PGA, I would go for the 57.

I do everything live and ty
