Italian Orfeo

Hi,
I'm trying to find out more about Orfeo models.
This one has come up locally.
Can the voices be combined on these models or is it one at a time (the switches are labeled 'bassoon, clarinet, violin, main' etc).

If it was one voice at a time there would be fewer switches (3 or 4) and they would be rocker switches.
Here they are clearly combined, and violin is always MM, Master is everything, likely LMM here, etc.

perhaps some importer in Spain of accordions loved the movie
or the song and adopted the name for his studio brand

the time period is right

So just received this....seems like it is indeed Italian but apparently hasn't been played for years.
