I know it’s a button accordion with a few buttons stuck in… (needs a good jostling) but my question is, when going on a 9 hour road trip with my accordion in it’s case, should I put the case on some soft foam or air bags to ease road vibration? I never worry about this on hour long trips so I probably don’t need to now. Roads a pretty good from western Washington to Missoula Montana, just curious.

Sit it in its case on the backseat, strapped in with a safety belt?
Works for me!
