Here's a quick guide couple of new features available in the forum :
Mentions:
You can mention particular member in your posts by typing the @ symbol then the members name. Members names will appear as you type; click on one to insert their name as a mention. This will show the member a notification to tell them they have been mentioned and in which thread. This helps to ensure that members see thing you post which are particularly relevant to them.
Similar Threads:
If you scroll down to the end of a thread, past the "Quick Reply" box, you will see a list of 5 threads similar to the one you have just read which may be of interest to you.
Watching Threads:
You can watch threads and recieve notifications when a new post is added. To do this, click on the "Watch" text towards the top right of the thread. A box will appear so you can select whether or not to receive an email notification in addition to the normal notification you will receive here on the forum.
Bookmarking Posts:
You can bookmark posts in any thread to make them easy to find later. To do this simply click on the little "flag" icon towards the top righthand side of any post. A box will pop up to allow you to give the bookmark a title and add any flags to it (these can be handy to search for if you have lots of bookmarks.
To access your bookmarks click on your name at the top of the forum to bring up your account page, then click on "Bookmarks".
