Im having trouble deciding which to get. Technically speaking what's the difference? Also in terms of money, the Verdi is $1499 from a trusted store and the Sonola is only 1,100 from a private seller on facebook i think thats oddly cheap from what ive seen other ones go for online. Im just wondering which i should go for

If the Sonola is that much cheaper than usual, it’s either a scam, stolen, or has hidden issues—too good to be true. The Verdi’s price is fair from a legit seller, so you’re paying for peace of mind. Unless you can test the Sonola in person and confirm it’s clean, go with the Verdi. Better safe than sorry.

If both offers are legit (which, I doubt, just like Morgan28 said) then you should consider the Hohner is just 3 voice LMM versus the Sonola LMMH with 4 voices. The price for the Hohner is a bit high, but that may be because of the "trusted store" and the Sonola is too cheap for an Italian LMMH accordion.
My advice would be to look elsewhere, for both.

This level Sonola in good condition should be closer to $2000-$3000. ($2000-$2500 private sale and upwards from there from a commercial retailer)

As people have already mentioned, an ad like this should be met with caution, a LOT of caution. :)

If you can make arrangements to see, play and look inside the Sonola and it passes inspection and isn't stolen, snap it up... if you cannot, just pass on it and move on.

and there are a few dozen accordions on Craigslist near you in Michigan
including a Verdi ior half that price and a 940 and an imperator for 1500
so maybe just go look at a few nearby
