What we can see isn't a lot. The picture is very small. We can see that it's a Bugari piano accordion 37/96 so perhaps a 281/ARS which would mean at least hand-finished (tipo a mano) reeds, but likely real hand-made (a mano) reeds. If the base around the rivets of the reeds has silvery/shiny sides it's tipo a mano and if the base has dark blue sides it's a mano.
