surely the question should be on the lines of 'does it improve the tune'' irrespective of bellows direction size of feet, length of leg or whatever - my answer would be ''rarely if ever!''

The problem with jogging the bellows with the left leg is that the effect will depend on the direction of bellows travel

On the way in it will add to the pressure and momentarily increase the volume, but on the way out the jog will offset the negative bellows pressure and momentarily decrease the volume.
