Hello everyone! Nice to be here! I would like to ask you if you know the piece of music in the link below : . I'm looking for the name of it or the composer. Thank you in advance!

Difficult to make out the melody clearly because of the wind noise - is it Metsakukkia?

I don't know what it is, but it doesn't sound like the tune you suggested.

Thank you for your time. I do not actually think that it is Metsakukkia but thanks for introducing me this waltz. I like it !

The song is called "Рідна мати моя" :)

This is my favourite performance (0:00-1:57):

This player is a real master. Thanks for sharing!

This song reminds me of The Hills of Manchuria as played on a Hohner accordion in the series Shtisel.
Does anyone know the English translation of the song played in Krakow?

I've been to Krakow twice recently and don't recognise this area. Does anyone know where it is exactly?

I was looking for a score for Metsakukkia, and there are 3 linked below the video.
But I don't think they are very good, or rather they're not the version she's playing and don't show the bass (just chord symbols).

Just found another one that looks more interesting: https://shelialee.files.wordpress.com/2015/04/metsacc88kukkia-level-3-solos.pdf
It claims to be a Viljo Vesterinen version but I don't always like Shelia Lee arrangements, and it's in the right key (G minor).
Time to fire up Musescore and see what it sounds like ....
