Justed wanted to add my 2 cents... I've heard this accordion "in real life", and no video is going to capture just how amazing this accordion sounds and looks. Someone is going to get an amazing instrument with this purchase.

If the reason for the sale is the weight... might I suggest mentioning the actual weight, in the specs in the advertisement? I'd think many potential buyers are going to be inspired to ask.

Yes, someone is going to get a very nice-sounding instrument. (Won't be me... that's the single biggest downside of playing B-system in the USA, the small selection of instruments.)

Finding a tutor competent on the system is equally a matterof "hens' teeth".

Moreschi Agile 37/96 for sale. Double octave LMMH. Dry tuned at 5 cents. 11 right hand couplers. 4 left hand couplers. Red bellows. In very good condition. TAM reeds. Top notch wheeled case. It weighs at about 10kg. Because of C-19 and the moderating of my ambitions, I've decided to sell this very good instrument. It sits on a shelf most of the time, it should be played and enjoyed. I'm looking for £2.500 or nearest sensible offer. New these cost between £3.500 and £4.000. I'm happy to pay for UK only postage. At buyers risk I'm afraid. Fantini 30/72 LMM compact for sale. Originally bought in 2010. 5 right hand couplers 2 left hand couplers. In generally good condition with a few marks and scratches that you would expect on a 12 year old instrument. Again this sits on the shelf when it should be played and enjoyed. Dry tuned with AM reeds. One of this instruments recently sold on the Allodi Accordions website for £1750. It was in an interesting green perloid. I'd be looking for £1650 ovno, free UK postage.
