So after 100 days of practice I've managed to play a whole minute of fresh improvisation (im not gonna count the 30 secs that are the head of Theolonius Monks tune Blue Monk)
If tried some major blues scale, minor blues scale, shell voicings, Barry Harris C6/dim block chord runs... (thanks @stickista) and now really looking forward to the next 100 days where I'm only going to play tunes i know and concentrate on bellows technique and expression....
