I think the advantage of these manufacture workshops is, they are very flexible in testing new and fun ideas and out of the box experiments, like the Fassl-Harmonika.

Start the video at 300, this is no joke, he serves a drink from his beer barrel accordion. Fantastic !
This is the kind of accordion makers that I like.
