Besides the many Austrian folk song and folk dance sheet music, this website also offers some rare old sheet music of Vienna Lieder.

Some sheets of old Vienna Lieder from the Fuchs collection and the collection Engelbert Pinkl.
Difficult to find this music in recent editions. This website has a nice online collection.

If you like this type of songs to play on your accordion, Karl Hodina published a book with about 300 Vienna Songs and some Schrammelmusik (O du lieber Augustin. Die schönsten Wienerlieder). I have this book, it has all the texts, melody and chord symbols.
