Assigning snare drum with roll to chords on FR8X

I want to put a snare drum with roll when sustained on my bass chords section. Which drum kit do I use for a good realistic snare sound.

I mainly want to use it on Argentinian tangos

You can trigger single drum notes with a midi pedal like Airturn. But not sure of drum roll built in FR8x?
