What our beloved American friends think of as Scottish 'culture' owes much of it's reinvention to our wonderful German/English Royal family. And they continue to cherish their invention to this day, it's wonderful!

Hate to say it, Ben, but most Americans think of kilts and little dogs but have no idea even that Scotland is part of an island or has a queen (I think). Anyway, cool story! He says,

“It is about getting out there and enjoying yourself,”

So true!!!!!

The video they included was a real flash back, makes me realise I've become old enough to see my younger years as a different era - Princess Di and the queen mum dancing!
