In school we used some accordion methods like:
Cambieri/Fugazza/Melocchi: Metodo per fisarmonica (volumes 1 and 2), The version we used had the text in Italian with translation in English.
The fingerings in this method are for piano accordion and also for C-system CBA.

Pjotr Londonov: B-system bayan tutor (with lots of Russian folk tunes as basic learning material)
Arkadi Bassurmanov: Russian piano accordion tutor (also based on Russian folk tunes for learning)
A. Onegin: B-system bayan tutor
G. Shakhov: Fingerings on the bayan and the piano accordion

Also lots of Russian sheet music for bayan and accordion, well organised and good package delivery. In the past I used this webshop to get Russian sheet music, because their customer service is fluent in English and other languages. I think the shop was in Helsinki.
