... or they could do what they just started doing in Quebec here... everyone is entitled to 10 free Covid tests per month, just order them and pick them up at the local pharmacy.
They don't qualify for across the border use, but they are quick and accurate, though not as much fun as playing with dogs... haha.

I can pick up 14 lateral flow tests at the local pharmacy for free, can't find how many per month I'm allowed though (UK).
