Hopefully this link will work... I've picked up a little fortnightly Sunday lunch gig so been trying to recall a few tangos, waltzes and Latinos (sorry lads I'm gonna have to dip out on the Polkas...😉) to give them a break from three solid hours of swing...is a tidy little gig and a good workout both mentally and physically...
So here's an attempt at Jealousy...

For those who didn't know, it's a Danish Tango (by Jacob Gade).
A Danish Tango because Jacob Gage was a Danish composer? I've never heard of it referred to that way, but instead as the Gypsy tango.

Both my sheet music (the Roberto Carreno arrangement) and Wikipedia ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jalousie_(Gade) ) list it as Jalousie "Tango Tzigane". Tzigane accordion to Google translate is French and translates to (Jealousy "Gypsy Tango"). Gade also wrote other Tango's like Romanesca would that also be considered a Danish tango?

All that notwithstanding I think it's possibly the greatest tango ever written and glad to see it discussed. I can definitely recommend the Carreno arrangement which is very similar to the arrangement Piotr (very nice performance by the way) posted.

I posted arrangement made by Curt Mahr, but it's very nice to play.
Thank you mtj

The composer is Danish. Losthobos first posted this as being a Swedish Tango. Just confusion where the composer was fro.
Yes, it is "Tango Jalousie" and is a Gypsy tango. Jacob Gade became world famous with this tango. He earned so much money with it that he could devote his life to music and composing but never produced anything that even came close to the success of Jalousie.
