Western Swing (again) Warning: cheesy! Jazz & Blues
Post Message
There are loads of piano vi, ii, v, i.., transition tutors on youtube... Any of them will serve purpose....
Western swing seems to like playing the root chord as a 6....so major pentatonic suits better than minor pentatonic
The changes are the same wether you choose to call it western swing, gypsy jazz,
As Ellington said "fall off of beats 2 and 4"
Hope that helps... Good luck
