Bottom line, I don't care which direction Free Bass much goes, as long as it aids accordion popularity to goe up and not away.

Damned expensive at the fishmongers' these days.
I'm hooked...Wait till you see the new Squid Bass system... LOL
On free bass you play lower notes much more than high notes and having the low notes down (Russian system) means that your hand is often in a not so favorable position for good bellows control...
Right, and the Reuters/uniform keyboard too... People keep coming up with new designs all the time.Absolutely Paul, and the Kravtsov too...
See here ?:I hear the spiders of the antipodean are rather scary, much like the technique of the antipodean accordionists.
Wait till you see the new Squid
Not my cup of tea, but amazing. I took a lesson from him once that was really good, he was very perceptive and pointed out things that were right on, better than all my other (5?) lessons combined. I think he would be an awesome teacher if you could get/afford him.Hi everyone,
Now I am not one for getting carried away with speedy music, but I have never seen another accordionist as fast and precise on the bass. To me this is truly staggering. I think this man could be in a league of his own when it comes to technique. Tell me what you think of the free bass technique of Grayson Masefield in this clip...
...but he's wearing a wrist glove on his left hand, - y'no, one of those "...things for cissies."Walker,
Exceptional mastery!??
This is the kind of thing more often seen using a CBA!?
